House Rules
We just have 5 easy rules: 1) Pets *must* be pre-approved and a $500 pet fee is due which covers a max of two dogs for the entire stay. 2) No Parties! 2) Do not park in front of any neighbors house 4) Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am daily (no pool use or activities outdoors during this time per city rules)

Neighborhood
The house is in Spring Valley, a quiet residential pocket just west of the Strip that gives you room to spread out without giving up access. West Flamingo Park is about a ten-minute walk away. The real advantage is Chinatown: Spring Mountain Road and its 100-plus restaurants are five minutes from the door, which is where a lot of guests end up for late dinners after a night out. The Strip is about 15 minutes, Allegiant Stadium 12-15, T-Mobile Arena 15, and AREA15 and Omega Mart around 12. Fashion Show Mall and the Forum Shops are 15 minutes, Fremont Street 20-25, and Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin 15-18 if you want the hiking and the west-side scene. The Las Vegas Convention Center is 18-20 minutes and UNLV about 15.

A car is the easiest way to get around, and parking is free both on the property and on the street. Rideshare is very reliable here - guests regularly report Uber and Lyft pickups arriving within about five minutes, with roughly a 15-minute ride to the Strip and about 20 to Fremont Street. The immediate neighborhood is walkable for a stroll to West Flamingo Park, but Las Vegas generally is not a walking city, so plan on driving or riding for restaurants, casinos, and attractions.
